Shipping Information: Christina Bilan Designs works closely with other companies to provide quality, convenient ways of shipping products quickly and safely. Most orders, once processed, will generally ship within 3 business days. Please note the provided shipping times are estimates based from the time of shipment, not the time of order. USPS: You can choose from either Priority Mail or Express Mail. All shipments include insurance at no extra charge. Priority Mail will take an average of 2-3 days. This estimate is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service but in general,is fairly accurate. Express mail is guaranteed overnight to most locations, 2-days to some, and offers full tracking information on your order. Signature confirmation will automatically be added at no charge to certain orders.
UPS: UPS shipping options are only available during checkout (this will not be visible in the shopping cart estimator). All UPS shipments are insured and include full tracking information (please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes). UPS orders are only shipped during the regular business week (no Saturday pickup or delivery). For UPS Ground, you can view the UPS Ground map to determine your delivery time. International Shipping:
For your convenience Christina Bilan Designs now ships internationally. Please check below for a list of countries. Also keep in mind international rates vary, meaning that actual shipping cost will have to be calculated at the time of purchase.
Bilandesigns.com offers international shipping via USPS Global Express Mail. Delivery time is approximately 5-7 days and all orders are insured and trackable. Shipping is available to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bermuda, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom. Please contact us if your customer is not listed. Customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, brokers’ fees, etc. that may be applicable on international orders. We cannot mark items as "gift" or "sample"

We only charge tax on orders shipped to TX.
Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns & exchanges are accepted on all items unless otherwise noted in the item description. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Please email before sending a return to receive a return merchandise authorization number and to give reason for the return/exchange. The RMA# (return merchandise number) must be written clearly on the outside of your package.
- Any unauthorized returns (no RMA#), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the item returned to sender.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs with the exception being if the item arrived damaged. In the case of an order that included free shipping, $8 will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment. This also applies to partial returns if the total order amount drops below $150.
- If a coupon with a minimum dollar amount was used, and a partial return is made which brings the order total below the minimum, the savings from the coupon will be deducted from the return.
- Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, (not FedEx, UPS). We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to carefully re-package returns, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted or refunded.
- Once your package has been received at Christina Bilan Designs, your refund will be credited back to the source of your original method of payment. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order unless you are exchanging a damaged item.
- Christina Bilan Designs ships all orders with insurance so please contact us within 3 days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can promptly contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly.
- Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
